Why I Do Children's Shows

All children are born creative. It's our job as parents to keep that creatrivity in them and they grow.

I started out as a club comedian. I worked in every state in the union except Hawaii and Alaska. I was into everything all the time.

Then in 2001 a change came over me. I held my first son. It was like God hit me in the head with a shovel. There is no word in the dictionary to describe that feeling.

I became a dad for the first time at 52 years old and the second time at 55. My two sons are the reason I live and breathe and the reason I do childrens shows.

I have no desire to go back to comedy clubs. I don't live that kind of life anymore and I don't miss it. It's all about the children now.

The choices we make today will affect our children tomorrow. From the things we say to the people we vote for. It all affects our children. Let's start being the kind of parents that our children think we are.

B.C. is a Childrens entertainer, Christian comedian, author and professional speaker on Stress Relief.
